This gentleman had complaints of a markedly high dorsum and a desire to refine and rotate the tip upwards modestly. A key criteria for him was to be left with a masculine appearing nose. He has strong masculine features, and this was critical to the success of the procedure, in terms of harmonizing his nose with his face.
